Park Vista Apartments is located just north of downtown Saint Paul in a great residential area. There is easy access to I-35E, I-94 and Highway 36 locating us near shopping centers, parks, restaurants, schools and public transportation. We are located across the street from an off-leash dog park, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, and a community garden! On-site management is available during business hours while emergency maintenance service is available around the clock. All of our buildings feature secured entries for the safety of our residents and their guests. Off-street parking is available free of charge, and if preferred, private garages are available to rent. Our community features a large playground, community griling and picnic area, and card-operated laundry facilities in each building. Each of our large 1 and 2 bedroom units feature new carpeting, spacious kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, tons of closet space and new windows! Heat and snow removal amenities are included in the monthly rent charge and each apartment is cable-ready. We love pets!
