There is easy access to I-35E, I-94 and Highway 36 locating us near shopping centers, parks, restaurants, schools and public transportation. On-site management is available during business hours while emergency maintenance service is available around the clock. All of our buildings feature secured entries for the safety of our residents and their guests. Off-street parking is available free of charge, and if preferred, private garages are available to rent. For your convenience, card-operated laundry facilities are located in each building. Each of our large 1 and 2 bedroom units feature new carpeting, spacious kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, tons of closet space and new windows! Some of our floorplans even offer multiple walk-in closets! Heat and snow removal amenities are included in the monthly rent charge and each apartment is cable-ready. We love pets!
