Parkview Apartments is located just north of downtown Saint Paul in a great residential area. Located in the heart of the Lake Phalen neighborhood, Parkview provides easy access to I-94 and I-35E, locating us near restaurants, stores, parks and schools! On-site management is available during business hours while emergency maintenance service is available around the clock. All of our buildings feature secured entries for the safety of our residents and their guests. Our community features free off-street parking, a large playground, community griling and picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facilities in each building. Each of our large 1 and 2 bedroom units feature new carpeting, spacious kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, tons of closet space and new windows! Select floorplans have private balconies. Heat and snow removal amenities are included in the monthly rent charge and each apartment is cable-ready. We love pets!
