Cottage Terrace Apartments are located just north of downtown Saint Paul in a great residential area. There is easy access to I-35E, I-94 and Highway 36 locating Cottage Terrace near shopping centers, parks and public transportation. On site management is available to our residents during business hours and emergency maintenance service is available around the clock. All of our buildings feature secured entries for the safety of our residents and their guests. Off-street parking is available free of charge, and if preferred, private garages are available to rent. For your convenience, card-operated laundry facilities are located in every building. Each of our large 1 and 2 bedroom units feature new carpeting, spacious kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, tons of closet space and new windows! Heat and snow removal amenities are included in the monthly rent charge and each apartment is cable-ready. We love pets! Lexi Ross was promoted to Community Manager of Cottage Terrace in 2020. She was introduced to the Property Management industry as a Leasing Agent in 2015. Lexi has had experience at most of the communities in the PMSI portfolio, gaining insights, learning tricks of the trade, and taking on a leadership role along the way. “I enjoy meeting so many new people, even if they don’t ever end up becoming residents of our community. I know all our residents (and their pets!) on a first name basis because I feel like it is so important and personal.”
